You have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep the products you ordered, calculated from the date when you received your order. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition with all product information tags attached, including the metallic logo of Joy La La.


Can a change a product?

We do not change products. If you wish to change a product, we recommend that you return the product and place an order for a new product. The return costs are paid by the customer.


The return form and return address slip are on the reverse side of your dispatch list which accompanied your order. Complete the return form and place it a bag which is suitable for transport by Posti/Matkahuolto. Attach the return address slip on the bag and leave the bag at the nearest Posti/Matkahuolto office. Always remember to keep the return receipt issued by Posti/Matkahuolto until your return has reached us.


If you have received a product with some kind of default and you would like to make a product complaint about it, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service at  support@joylala  This way we can give you more detailed instructions on making a product complaint. All received product complaints are handled and checked at our warehouse.

After your return has been received and you have received a return confirmation from us, we will refund your return. The refund will be made to the same payment card/Paypal or  Klarna account that was used for the payment of the order. The handling time may be up to 30 days.

The complaint right concerns products which are faulty according to the applicable Consumer Protection Act. A customer who wishes to use their right of complaint, must contact us as soon as possible after detection of the default, using the contact information given on our website.
